We partnered with Edge Capital to complete a full exterior renovation of Edge @ Westgate, an 86-unit apartment community in Glendale.
Completed in nine months, the $1.1 million transformation included new roofing, exterior finishes, upgraded landscaping, resort-style amenities, and a complete parking lot replacement, giving the community a fresh new identity.
