MAAP Development partnered with Cortland Build to renovate the amenity spaces at a 192-unit apartment community in Phoenix while the property remained fully occupied and leasing continued without interruption.
Completed in five months, the renovation featured a redesigned clubhouse with custom millwork, premium finishes, a new community kitchen, an upgraded fitness center, and a shaded dog park—creating modern amenities while the community remained fully operational.
