The Sheffield was MAAP Development’s first project. Partnering with Clearwater Capital, we transformed a 14-unit apartment community in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood into a modern, updated property.
Finished in just eight months, the project established the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that continue to define every MAAP Development project today.
