MAAP Development partnered with Cortland Build to renovate the clubhouse, fitness center, and leasing office at a 264-unit apartment community in Phoenix, delivering a modern upgrade while the property remained fully occupied.
Completed in four months, the 3,650-square-foot renovation featured custom millwork, a custom leasing desk, premium flooring and wall tile, updated finishes, and a refreshed design throughout the amenity spaces.
