MAAP Development partnered with Cortland Build to renovate the clubhouse, fitness center, and amenity spaces at a 144-unit apartment community in Tucson.
Completed in eight months, the project included a new clubhouse kitchen, upgraded fitness center, custom finishes, and a new enclosed dog park—delivering a complete amenity transformation while the community remained fully occupied and operating without interruption.
